This was the first show I listened to, and I liked it a lot. However, I definitely felt the zing when someone commented that a bartender might think that a “rube” was someone visiting from Gresham. Um, I’m from Gresham. Is there a lot of central-city snobbery going on at savorpdx? Do you not want me to listen?
Sorry about the chiding, Heather. There are a good lot of people we work with who are from the ‘burbs, and considering most of my food sources come from outside the city, I am definitely not completely city-centrist. I promise to take everyone into consideration before opening my fat mouth again. ^_^ Some of my best friends are suburbanites!
